| I've been with Windermere Real Estate Company since 1989. I consider myself fortunate to have witnessed and participated in inovative, positive growth both in our industry and our Company. In March of 2000 I began as Managing broker of our lake Forest Park branch and after more than 9 years there, I became Managing broker of the Sand Point office. The Sand Point office is the original Windermere office and was first opened in 1972. We primarily serve Northeast Seattle, but our agents are very comfortable with all Seattle neighborhoods. |

| My background includes over 20 years in the transportation and beverage sales industry prior to entering Real Estate in 1987. I am a lifelong Seattle resident. I attended the University of Washington and served over 4 years in the United States Marine Corps. I am married with two grown children. |
